Hey #PTBO, remember when I said less parking for apartment requires improving transit? Not approving your cycling master plan and not hiring more transit drivers is EXACTLY NOT THAT.
This is a great change, but it will be even more effective with increases to active transportation and transit. Making Ptbo walkable and bikable will help actively reduce the wasted space of parking lots.

The council meeting last night broke me.
Until about halfway through the night, while things often happened around the horseshow I didn't like, I was able to keep some hope that council was 11 people trying their best and worth engaging with in good faith.
