The bigger problem is that modern cars are not actually affordable. The TourX was around 35-45k, The same with the Magnum and that Ford POS. The Cadillac is still very much desired and goes for 30k used. Normal people can't afford any new car.
There have been multiple attempts to sell a modern station wagon to Americans, the problem is that almost nobody actually bought them

My parents are about Trump's age. They've had multiple MRIs, due to medical concerns raised by either them or their doctors. They have not had a "preventative MRI" because there is no such thing as a "preventative MRI. It'd be AMAZING if someone challenged the White House press secretary on that.
