If you post AI content without the purpose of criticizing it (not stuff you generated yourself except under limited educational circumstances) or debunking, you almost always deserve an instant block.

It is so disturbing to see your family pass around a "funny" video with none of them realizing it is an AI-generated video. I think that there will always be a section of the population very susceptible to this and it will be difficult if not impossible to help a lot of them.
