Yup. I played with it just enough to understand how it worked then dropped it. I just wanted to know how it worked and it is a little scary how it can pick up on your patterns quickly but it isn't that impressive. I don't want to use it for anything useful but I also want to understand it.

The things people are using ChatGPT for are insane. In my sphere I've seen people use it to convince themselves to convert to a religion and that they are a specific personality type that they clearly are not. The religion one disturbs me the most. People are losing ability to think for themselves.

In HD2, anyone who disagrees with the "managed democracy" of Super Earth is given some sort of "anti-democratic" label. They frequently call the bug faction, for example, fascists. None of the engravings point towards anti-fascist ideology and people would know this if they were chronically online.
