Emmy is THE Rebel Mink, and her story is probably (definitely) not going to fit within the character limit, so check the replies as well.

Emmy is mischief incarnate, and of course is another Utah fur farm industry survivor. All our mink are self-escapees: they broke out of jail on their own.
This is Emmy the mink. She is shown in a side profile, with her head turned slightly upward. Her fur is a soft, creamy beige color, and her pink nose stands out brightly against her light coat. Lysander is another Utah farm survivor, found as a sub-adult in a residential back yard. Missing his left ear and inflicted with nystagmus, he likely suffered some type of head trauma on the farm or after he escaped.

Now, he is a very spoiled but polite gentleman who likes plush bunnies.
This is Lysander the mink (he/him). He is facing the camera with his mouth open, showing small sharp teeth, giving him an expressive, happy look. His fur is a light silvery-gray color, and he has a soft pink nose. His eyes appear reddish-brown, reflecting the camera flash. Smaug was found as an orphaned kit, to a mum who had escaped a Utah fur farm but was unable to survive in the wild feeding her young. Smaug was sadly found next to her body, crying, the only survivor.

Now he is a spoiled teddy bear with sharp fangs and claws.

Cody pleaded NOT guilty at today's arraignment.

His trial is set for March 9th 2026, 9:30am.

Maximum sentence is two years in prison and loss of his right to use fire arms.

Wolfie is such a huge fat FLOOF right now!

Wolfie and Ranger were surrendered in 2024. They were purchased from Petco, but the buyer's husky wanted to eat them. Rather than returning them, they contacted MMR and surrendered them 💗

Justice has moved slowly in WY, but it is moving. In Feb 2024, Cody Roberts used his snowmobile to run over a young wolf. He captured the injured wolf, duct taped her mouth shut, dragged her into the Green River Bar, and tortured & killed her.
He has been INDICTED on felony charges!

HELP- hubby is getting calls from this # every day @ 5-6pm. He is stressing out that there is a detained person who needs help, but is cautious that this could be a scam. We live in a tiny town and no one we know has been kidnapped. Not sure what to do, is this a new scam?
The phone number 1-866-348-6321 is associated with Talton Communications, a provider of telephone services for individuals detained at the Stewart Detention Center (SDC), which is managed by ICE (U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement). How this number is used: Legal representatives can call this number to set up a prepaid account for calls with detainees at the Stewart Detention Center. The number is listed as an option for setting up accounts, in addition to using the website www.globaltel.net.
