I want us to hang on to the fact that the people who were murdered were just civilians out in boats, most likely fishermen, who had never even heard the sketchy conclusions of American officials for which they were executed, much less had a chance to defend themselves.

Another example of how, for as much as we focus on how lawyers do at oral argument, it rarely matters.
Anyway. I think Erin Hawley and ADF did very poorly today but they will probably win because a majority of justices want to side with crisis pregnancy centers, and because nearly all of the justices seemed to dislike New Jersey's arguments. We will likely find out in June or early July.
