Durante le ultime esercitazioni artiche in Norvegia, si è verificato un episodio che è ormai diventato il meme principale nel quartier generale della NATO. I riservisti finlandesi, che interpretavano il ruolo del "nemico" secondo lo scenario, hanno travolto le unità americane con tale facilità
