-Disicplines and Abilities-

In addition to typical vampire abilities Katherine's Clan lineage gives her some special powers

Protean: The ability to shape shift, grow fangs and claws, turn into mist or tunnel through the soil.

Animalism: To commune with and control animals. Especially predators.

Fast forward a few unimportant decades, Katherine mostly lives as her Sire taught her to. Avoiding politics and staying on the move as much as possible.

Living on the rails was not easy, Katherine almost died several times before she even met her sire. Her stubornness, even in the face of a vampire attack was so impressive it lead to her being embraced instead of simply fed upon.

Katherine ended up blaming herself for much of her family's misfortune and ran away from home. Falling in with a criminal gang for a few years. A string of debts, broken hearts and other misadventures lead to her fleeing California by hiding on a train.

Born in just in time to live through the worst of the 20th century. Her father served in WW1, several of her sibblings died to the Spanish Flu and her family lost whatever they had left in the Dust Bowl.

Like so many others the Baker family fled to the West coast of America.

Katherine is pretty old and pretty strong, her abilities are above a typical Vampire the Masquerade player character mainly to allow her to keep up with other creatures from the World of Darkness.
