Some kids have been checking the lower levels of the bunker to try and find the rat. They seem to think it’s a Pokémon. Fucking nerds. Anyway, hopefully them going down there helps end the blackouts.

Continued black outs, but it seems like an anomaly was spotted on the lower levels. Seems like a yellow rat was spotted chewing on some wires. It’s always something in this place.

The electrical system for the bunker is going haywire. Some places are randomly losing power, and a lot of people are going without while we find the problem. Winnie said that some of the wires were cut? Like by rats. Fucking ass holes.
