There may not be as much humanity in the world as one would like to see. But there is some. There's more than one would think.

Fascism cannot create- as whatever is within their purview is aimed at reinforcing a singular power fantasy myth. It will, steal, syncretize and co-opt everything it encounters. There is nothing new, only conquering and repurposing.

Their opponents, by necessity, live to create, to escape them.
Isn't it just the most boring sad thing that the richest guy in the world is like *we shouldn't care about other people, empathy is our biggest problem*..

God has ran out of inspiration or something..

it is an anarchist utopia in the far future

Just in case you thought this was about trans athletes. This was solely about creating a fascist and racist gender bureaucracy over what constitutes being feminine enough to be considered a woman.

They're targeting cis women who may be intersex and banning them from sport.

The change in leadership is critical, from the top to the bottom. We must impeach Trump and replace all the people who have capitulated to him.

We are researching candidates who are pro-impeachment. If you find any, send them our way.

Primary the cowards.

EU is Schumering...
The EU’s Digital Omnibus could roll back key parts of the GDPR, AI Act, and ePrivacy rules — laws that set global standards for privacy and AI. Leaked drafts suggest companies could get more leeway on data use and slower enforcement, reports Ramsha Jahangir (@ramshajahangir.bsky.social):

I’m reminded of that time a transphobic UN official included in a UN report a website that claimed to track all the sporting medals “stolen” by trans women.

It included a hot dog eating competition won by a cis woman they misidentified.

About a third of the rest was a trans woman good at frisbee.
The International Olympic Committee is set to ban trans and intersex women from competition. This is despite the fact that for 20 years, the IOC has allowed trans athletes to compete and only 1 has ever competed and none have ever won a medal.

The bumfuck idea this instead start a third party and fight like your lives depend on it. BECAUSE IT DOES. Don't listen to this zombie-bourgois influencer voice who wouldn't turn his neck about you being shut in a concentration camp.

He can afford it and just Chuck Schumer himself into a nazi too.
Much like 2024, Democrats seem to think there’s a binary choice in the 2026 election between voting for Republicans (evil) and voting for Democrats (feckless).

They rarely acknowledge the third option which inevitably harms them the most: staying home.

Reliable and universal archiving as public-interest digital infrastructure is desperately needed. The EU—and ideally along with the UK as well—need to both implement this, and widen its scope to include at least all public-visible platform content.

UBI opens up a lot of space for all sorts of monetizable but hard to get off the ground professions like journalism. UBI would pave way to fix outrage slop media because real journalists could actually survive.

"Fix your hearts or die," was a threat. It was a boss telling his bigoted employees that they could accept – unconditionally – their coworker's identity or they had no future. It should mean no less than that. It CAN mean no less than that.
“Fix your hearts or die” is far too radical a catchphrase for moderate liberals to be using as a political slogan.

“Fix your hearts or die” is a demand—a demand—for radical perspective shift. It is not a rallying cry for incrementalism or “less deportations than now, but still some deportations”
