You know, we look for our ancestors through records and documents. Can you imagine 200 years from now when they are looking for you and not only do they find you, some company will probably provide all your search history and every post you made online.

I went to North Carolina on Monday to see family. It was a lot of fun and I caught up with the old co-workers and went shopping around the area. Got up 6:30 am Thursday and started heading home around 1AM Friday morning. My car broke down 63 miles from my house.

What's sad is that companies that are making records profits are putting so much money into AI so they don't have to pay HUMAN BEINGS a little more money.

Someone called for an issue with a printer. Picked up, talked them through how to set up the printer and the dimensions of the tags. Did a couple test prints, walked him through how to resolve the bad prints, and got it fixed.
He told me, "you're a blessing to this company."
Gonna ride this high.

We need legislation making physical buttons standard in cars and keys standard as a backup if the battery dies. Stop over complicating technology that was perfected 100 years ago.

I hate sharing in car topics because it feels like car people are so stuck up and know-it-all about everything. They can't be happy that you're learning or did something positive, they have to focus on the negative.

My car was feeling sluggish since I repaired it. Replaced the oil filter and it feels fine now. Guessing I got shmoo in the oil and it got caught in the filter.

I'm torn on the SNAP situation. Restaurants are giving free food to people and God bless them. I'm glad they are stepping up and doing what the administration won't. But on the other hand the administration will probably go like "oh look, these people would do it for free so we don't need to."
