It's extremely depressing that anime went from a more obscure medium to front and center mainstream during my lifetime, but this translated to the medium transitioning from "for fans by fans" to pure exploitative capitalism with us as the captive audience

I hope to gain a mentor that will inspire me to also mentor others, develop professionally as an author, continue to pursue my passion in writing, and to have an amazing time working on my WIP that I feel so much passion for. Bonus goal: my mentor and I feeling out over y2k trends!
