We had a tornado pass by that was originally heading straight for us. The tornado warning was what woke me up. I immediately got out of bed, went to go turn on the news, and went outside to look for strong winds and rotation to see where it was. Nothing outside, no news inside
I love living in a rural area but one of the things that's legitimately awful and dangerous is how impossible it is to get local news and weather when you really need it.
