London’s Whitehall echoed with carols today, as Tommy Robinson staged his "Christmas revival", complete with hymn sheets and nationalist flags.

But beneath the fairy lights bedecking his stage, this was just Robinson’s latest grift dressed up in seasonal wrapping paper.

Wednesday's attack on a meeting of Swale Borough Council by far right anti-immigration activists has been denounced in the House of Commons by local MP, Kevin McKenna.

The Horley Patriots, calling a rally in Croydon, gave the venue as Lunar House, the old the Home Office Immigration HQ in Croydon, but the postcode for the spanking new headquarters in Ruskin Square.

Maybe that's why it was a fascist no-show.
