In search of a way to store a growing inventory of SMD components, I stumbled across this superb design.

I do love when people create parametric designs that I can tweak to suit my specific needs. They’re also rather nice to “pick and place” from :)

I love crimping Dupont connectors. Said no one ever! :/

Job done except for enhancing the firmware and hey, my mind is already onto a mark 2 with various improvements to the board design ;)

Solder reflowing my solder reflow project using the breadboard prototype. Fingers, toes, and eyes crossed!

My modest electronic components store continues to grow, particularly as I venture into SMD. Part-db to the rescue. It even integrates with KiCad. During a stocktake of ICs I found 2 identical items in my kit I’d ordered more of last week.

Nothing like the smell of a fresh PCB in the morning. After steering at a render for a few days on a big screen, sure is nice to have something real in my hands.

Not sure why the silkscreen for my headers is missing though!? Still learning. Many mysteries remain!

Getting on board the SMD reflow bandwagon by designing my own reflow plate controller. I know you can buy these cheap as from AliExpress but where’s the fun in that?
