Exciting news-last month, DEM dispatchers answered 92% of all 911 calls within 15 seconds. This is the first time since January 2022 that we've exceeded the State standard of 90%. We also went all month without issuing a single shift of mandatory overtime-compared to 63 last January and 122 in 2024.
