🌧️Looks like rain is coming, SF! We’re getting ready by clearing out drains across the City. If you spot any leaves or trash blocking a storm drain, please clear them out safely.

Exciting news-last month, DEM dispatchers answered 92% of all 911 calls within 15 seconds. This is the first time since January 2022 that we've exceeded the State standard of 90%. We also went all month without issuing a single shift of mandatory overtime-compared to 63 last January and 122 in 2024.
