Two months ago I wrote about why my law firm is litigating 63 voting and election cases. Today it is 65 cases covering more than half the country. Eleven of them involve redistricting.

Where are the big law firms? Why isn't legacy media covering this? www.democracydocket.com/opinion/why-...

This school board enacted book bans, classroom curriculum censorship, and library restrictions despite none of those being necessary with new Ohio "Parental Rights" legislation. Students are automatically opted-OUT of material.

So we know which parents have rights here: the bigoted ones.
Which parents are the ones who get "parental rights?" In Bellbrook-Sugarcreek School District (OH), it's those who want to ban books featuring any "sexuality content" or "gender ideology." Inside the school board's educationally-destructive new policy:

Now that Karoline Leavitt just confirmed that Frank Bradley gave the order for the second strike that killed two people clinging to boat wreckage (per @atrupar.com) this seems doubly relevant:
News --> The commander who oversaw Pete Hegseth's alleged killing of two boat bombing survivors is now likely to come in and face questions from the House Armed Services Committee, ranking Dem Adam Smith tells me.

In this piece, I try to make sense of this horror:

Trump Boat Bombings Suddenly on Shakier Ground as Damning Info Emerges
Will Republicans give us a real investigation into Trump’s bombings, now that we just learned horrific new details about them? Or are they seriously going to fall on their swords for Pete Hegseth?

1) If Hegseth ordered troops to "kill everybody" in that barbaric second strike, he should be arrested.

2) If Admiral Bradley followed what he damn well knew was an illegal order from Hegseth, he should be removed from duty, and court-martialed.

3) If Trump does nothing, he is a war criminal.

Admiral Bradley is dead wrong here. He should be tried.
Heinz-Wilhelm Eck might have something to say about this one.

They’re definitely not making this any better!
FOX: You said the follow up strike was lawful. What law is it that allows no survivors?

LEAVITT: The strike was conducted in self defense to protect Americans

I just published this and you have got to be fucking kidding me. HHS Chief Science Officer Martin Kulldorff is one of the worst things that could happen to HHS.

Does this mean Kulldorff is stepping down as the chair of ACIP? I suppose it does open up a slot for Wakefield.

Reporter: If there were a second strike that killed wounded people, would that be legal?

Trump: I don’t know that happened and Pete said he did not even know what people were talking about. I wouldn’t have wanted a second strike. The first strike was very lethal. It was fine.
