I'm happier and feel healthier at around BMI 17 - 18.9.
I want good nutrition such as calcium and protein. I want vitamins and minerals too.

My fellow alcoholics, how do you stay under your limit?
even when I starve perfectly i end up binge drinking alcohol and get all the calories back. Also I'm worried that I'm developing a beer belly.
