To the contrary! I have been in public saunas that were as hot as 130° C. The average temperature is however around 80°.

Water only theoretically could boil in a sauna. The process is a little complicated, better ask a physicist why it doesn't.

Jasmin Sykes obviousely never was in Finland. Otherwise he would know that Sauna is done fully naked. Nothing else.
