After letting go of my last two grandparents (one each side) over the last month, several trips back to SD to be with them and my parents, I got sick. I'm greatful to my partner to help me make Thanksgiving happen. I'm a very very lucky person. Be greatful for what you have. It's not there forever

I'll start (sriracha):
480g Fresno mash
12% garlic by pepper weight
4% pickling salt by overall weight
4 week ferment / stir daily
2tbsp honey
1/4 cup ww vinegar
1/8 tsp zanthan gum
Pasteurize 20 mins and hot bottle.
