I really wish people would stop using slop to just mean 'thing I don't like' or 'stuff that is part of a trend'.

Neither of those are inherently worthy of being called slop. You really gotta earn that title by being low-quality, low effort products of greed and laziness.

Flavor Text: I never thought I'd find myself defending Larry like this again, but I'll do everything I can to help him—he says he's innocent, and I believe him. Still, Maya's... "C'mon, Nick! Let's go!" She's trying even harder than usual... I wonder what's up with her. Phoenix Wright looking exasperated as Maya & Pearl look energetic, looking at the statue of Cody (Final Fight/Street Fighter). Green slime can be seen to the side of the fountain. Investigating is a major part of the Ace Attorney series' gameplay loop, being the other half of when you're not debating in court. Investigations typically have Nick and Maya looking around crime scenes and speaking to potential witnesses. While you play as Phoenix, Maya is always present, being Phoenix's assistant. If you're like me though, you can often get stuck without any progress for a while, which this card’s name and Nick’s face remind me of… Phoenix's mention of defending Larry is a reference to how Nick defended him in his very first case as an attorney. In context of this card pack, Nick’s begun his proper investigation of the crime.
