81 of 2025: cozy and fun with delightful character development. I loved the action in this one and the quest vibes along with it, yet the heart and soul of the other two books were far from absent. And the audiobook was excellent as always, since narrating them is the author’s day job! #booksky

It’s always so joyous for me to see the authors I know are absolutely fantastic getting recognized for being absolutely fantastic. Like they’re great either way? But I would so much rather see AEH featured on the shelf at Target with her pretty sprayed edges than half the slop that’s there.
Sometimes a book catches you at the perfect moment in time. If you’re lucky, you see it happening and savor the pages as they pass. Sometimes you pause and laugh out loud or wonder at the thread you see being so finely woven.
