It is consistent with the established criminology behavioral profile analysis of Trump, that this Trump's budget deal includes a provision for half a billion to Republican national government Senators in his government leadership organization he runs from his White House. That's how Trump does this.

I tried to keep my peace with Sen. Ernst on the Vietnam Vets Freedom Flight to see the Memorial Wall in DC back in 2015, and she photo-oped with Vets on our trip specifically avoiding me. We both know why. Her legislation focused on women raped in the military. She knows why I don't like her at all.
