Had a good trap @goodsmallfarms Hammond’s Farm on Friday night. 170 moths of 58 species. 39 new species to site, 3 BAP species and 3 localised

It also included my first Gloucestershire record of Jersey Tiger moth, which I’m sure will now spread

Plastic can harm baby birds. That's why it's important not to leave plastic waste lying around, even in your own garden.
This problem is widespread. In our Fixing Our Broken Planet gallery, you can see three birds' nests made by a Eurasian reed warbler, a long-tailed tit and a blackbird, all containing plastic materials that can fatally harm chicks.
