Great thing about this Valkyries team is there isn’t a true “star player,” but there’s a good half dozen players unafraid to take the last shot. Ceci was the bucket tonight, next game it could be someone else. Love this team.

I actually think informed consent does a good job of striking the right balance and probably the biggest problem with the concussion epidemic was the lack of informed consent (up to and including that concussed players can’t consent to continuing to play)
I don’t know what the right answer is here because you have to balance this against the need to protect the player from himself. I think we’ve learned from the concussion epidemic that we’ve been way too permissive over the years.
