In my experience designing workplace learning & recognition systems, I have yet to see true learning culture emerge from an LMS or a curriculum :) It’s about the right conditions: culture of relevance, trust, recognition where people feel seen, valued, & ready to grow is where the magic happens.

I believe that silence is required for participation and if participation is about engaging fully and authentically then sometimes being silent is one way to do it. Our comfort with silence says a lot about our maturity as facilitators/trainers/coaches/leaders. www.linkedin.com/pulse/partic...
