remember when all a post does is spark an outrage in you - thats a sign its more important than ever to keep a level head. there are forces working so hard to divide and conquer us and even though i disagree with some of these people on a fundamental level i refuse to lose sight of humanity

i’ve never ran a single kilometer in my life and today i decided it was time to try. with all my weight loss i obviously knew my cardio fitness would be better but i never would’ve expected to be able to nail out 8 km in one go on my first try
