I highly recommend a medical log that tells you the date what happened, provider and where the files would be located.
This way you can reference back to it and if you need more information you can easily find it.
You could put this in a binder or notebook. This possibly could have saved my life.

I have told many people about my very concerning medical problems over the last two years....
BUT I think I know what was wrong and I am getting BETTER!
All I needed was providers that listened and my researched based BA to read medical journals myself.
Anyways, you have NO IDEA how happy I am!

Honestly, I'm disillusioned. Being told "again, not looking for your help" when you are the only support staff other than the modder.... constantly....
It makes me feel very unwanted. And it happens more than most realize.

I just would like somebody to use Photoshop on that man's face.... the photos they use (and I know why) are way too close up and way too orange.... if we just considered better quality photos, I really think I wouldn't be nauseous all the time...
