Mostly Arsenal
Brutal to drop points at the death. The Trossard goal deserved to be a winner. Fair play to Sunderland but I expect us to learn from this and come back stronger after the international break

SAKA!!!! That’s more like it!

Us conceding a goal was always gonna happened eventually. Big test for us to respond now in the second half. So far it looks like we are really missing all the attacking players we have out injured

Almost forgot how it feels to be scored against, I don’t like it.

Maybe a bit lucky with the pen, don’t think we get that given in the Prem but I’ll take it! Let’s put this to bed early in the second half so we can rest some players for Sunderland COYG

Having a young baby makes it hard to post in a timely manner. Quick thoughts on the weekend of games

1. Arsenal win a ugly game, but 1 nil to the Arsenal always a beautiful result

2. Liverpool lose again! I had a feeling United might get a result but I was thinking it would be like 1-1 or 2-2

3 losses in a row for Liverpool 👀

Missed the game this morning, how bad did the Odegaard injury look?

Howard Webb will go on TV & tell you a lie that you can easily disprove with the visual evidence right in front of you. And he does this while contradicting his prior comments about similar situations. If anyone at PGMOL remotely cared about their credibility he’d be gone. But they clearly don’t.

NKETIAH!!! You can take the man out of Arsenal, but you can’t take the Arsenal out of the man!

Nice easy win. Good to get some more minutes in Saka and Saliba’s legs. Never had to get out of 2nd gear. On to the next

I think Martineli is gonna be an extremely valuable super sub this season. Being able to bring his pace off the bench is such a game changer late in games against tired legs

We have only conceded 1 goal in our first 4 games, and that was a wonder goal free kick to Liverpool. Pretty good

Some silver lining for Arsenal, they may have gotten Isak but without Guehi their defense is gonna shaky at best.
🚨 Marc Guehi set to stay at Crystal Palace despite deal sheet submitted for transfer to Liverpool. 25yo did #LFC medical + agreement reached between clubs at £35m & with centre-back on 5yr contract. But #CPFC replacement issues stopped move

Marc Guehi expected to stay at Crystal Palace despite Liverpool transfer agreement
The England international, 25, completed at least part of a medical after a fee of £35million was agreed between the clubs.

To the people criticizing Arteta’s tactics being too conservative. We have by far the best record against the traditional “big 6” over the last few seasons. These games are normally gonna be a chess match with both teams not wanting to lose.

Martineli wasn’t good going forward again but as always he put in a shift on the defensive side. Thought he made some timely tackles to break up play. That being said, you could see already what Eze will bring to this team. Thought he looked bright for only having a week of training

Didn’t seem like a game we deserved lose, but probably not one we deserved to win either. Thought we were largely the better team but if you don’t score you are always at risk of being done by a piece of quality

Love the result, but I don’t love losing 3 players to injuries only 2 games into a very long season. Glad we have more coverage now, fingers crossed none of them are too serious
