The only surefire way to stop oligarchs buying up the things we love is to drop those things the moment oligarchs buy them & that requires changing habits and massive self-discipline.

I mean if you weren’t boycotting already, now’s a great time to drop McD’s. Not only is this ad utter garbage visually, the music is terrible too. As is the nasty little message of “everything about the holidays sucks so come hang out at McD’s instead”. Ugh. Leaves such a nasty taste.
