Jacob Ramsey (£43m). Wirtz (£115m). Madueke (£52m). Guessand (£27m). Doak (£25m). Outtara (£42m). Kostoulas (£32m). Broja (£20m). Kevin (£34m). Hutchinson (£37m). McAtee (£30m). Sesko (73m).

£27m Thierno Barry seems to be the one getting hammered in the press for some reason.

Every other Premier League club has an up and coming coach in the u21s teaching the players modern football and replicating the first team.

We have Paul Tait's weird Brexit 532 with two 52 year olds at the back where everybody is out of position and has to launch it long.

Matt Jackson (yes, that one) has been named Wolves new Technical Director.

Loves a little flicked header from a corner.

Aznou watch: Technically looks a cut above. Some really nice football in tight areas. In a weird 5 at the back system so has no support going forward.

Harrison Armstrong not in Preston's squad again. Missed last weekend and England u19s last week. Hope it's nothing serious.

Garner for England. I will take no further questions.

Bates, Gomez and Patterson in midfield for the u21s.

Chance to impress. Another booking for Iroegbunam or Garner and they'll have a ban. There'll likely be some bench spots going free for midfielders soon.

Who was the Sky interviewer for Moyes yesterday?

Superb interview technique. Warmed him up, didn't overly focus on Gueye and got a brilliant answer when she did ask.

Imagine how good we'll be with Branthwaite in defence and Barry slotting AOTS.

Still Rohl and Dibling to get integrated too.

That is a fantastic win. I've criticised the players enough down the years but the character they've shown there is incredible. Just brilliant.

Emlyn on the BBC is such a tit. That's his fourth post making snide remarks about Barry, who has played very well.

Fair play to the rest of the players for keeping their heads. Fantastic goal from KDH, who is only going to get better.

Feel for Barry who hasn't got a fun job to do now but seems to be working hard.

Gueye - going to take me a while before I want to see him in an Everton shirt again.
November 24, 2025 at 8:54 PM
Red card or not, that's a complete head loss from Gueye. I'm furious. Shouldn't be anywhere near the team for a long time.

I see we've Tony Harrington's refereeing the game tonight - bar the last time we had him, at Man City, he's rather fond of giving Idrissa Gueye a card. One to watch, perhaps, as he'd been booked three times from the last four games Harrington's been in the middle.
