I keep forgetting Blind Guardian is coming in November and playing all of Somewhere Far Beyond. That’s going to be insane and I’ll be hoarse from singing along to the whole thing.

It’s funny seeing someone demand a moral necessity that say others need to abandon their fandom of System of a Down. Like I don’t quite get where they think this is all actually going to lead to.

The only way to get likes, views and general engagement on here is to call someone a fascist/nazi/bigot (or get called that for triggering a ‘not on actual grass’ micro aggression). It’s the inverse of Twitter where the most traction is from actual fascists/nazis/bigots or those larping as them.

The constant social media references to Hitler and the Nazis totally exemplifies a large lack in the public of both imagination and historical knowledge beyond vague memories of watching the history channel at 2am in the early 00’s.

Not wildly recognized as other Motörhead albums but a classic in my book. The last album with a vestige of the classic lineup, with Phil Taylor on drums. Note: absolutely don’t skip the surprisingly somber war ballad at the end. #motörhead #metalvinyl #vinylsky #metalsky

Just watched a music video for a Brazilian Heavy-Black-Speed band called Evilcult and it feels like a bad copycat attempt at that sound while getting all the aesthetics in line. The riffs feel vegan.

One of my favorite albums from Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, 1994’s Let Love In. Maybe Cave’s most commercial work but for a damn good reason as earworms after earworm hits without any lose to potency. #vinylsky #vinylcommunity #rockvinyl #nickcave
