Watching people become extremely attached to using ChatGPT to write for them has impressed on me the importance of developing enough self esteem, to not feel like you need your thoughts to be co-signed and composed by a machine.

I interviewed someone for a documentary and it lead to all this research this week on wildfires and today in therapy I’m not sure if I actually worked on myself, but my therapist knows a lot more about wildfires.
