Oof ADHD energy is big today. My pill reminder alarm went off at 8:30 and I absently swiped it off. At 8:32 I stood at the top of the stairs wondering why I was there, how did I get there? For what reason? I returned downstairs only to realize it was now 8:33 and I needed to take my pill.
