We are sorely lacking in quality pirate games. We peaked with the Sid Meier's Pirates! 2004 remake and nothing has ever been able to scratch the itch quite like that game did
I love it. It has everything from awkward insults like "weed stoner", corny aliterative slogans straight out of a D.A.R.E. program, and straight-up threats to taze someone. It's a work of art.
I just found this old picture of a poster that was on the wall at the school my friend taught at and there’s some incredible stuff in there

It is very on-brand for Star Wars that one if its most mediocre movies spawned one of the best shows of the streaming era.
i sincerely dislike the movie btw. i am not rage baiting.

haven’t seen ROS or Solo but this seems like a pretty ball-knowing list from Pritzker, particularly if he volunteered the name “Star Wars” rather than “A New Hope”

It does not work for me the same way the first one did, and I can’t quite figure out why. Hard to tell if it’s just the Wicked Act II problem rearing its head or just bad decisions made in the adaptation process, but something doesn’t gel here.
