#BarAlfalfa. They even let me do my terrible Spanish which was very nice of them. #Seville

Tried to order in Spanish. Waitress replied in English 🥲 #Seville #Cruzcampo

Off we fuck to #Seville then! In an uncharacteristic stroke of luck we got to #ManchesterAirport before a train broke down and blocked all the lines. Here's hoping everything else runs smoothly. Last time we were in #Spain Tarrant fell off a segway and broke her leg 🇪🇸 😬

Two years ago we were in #Caviahue-Copahue in #Argentina putting some of the most incredible scenery in our eyeholes and wallowing in fart water. #Waterfalls, #MonkeyPuzzle trees, #BasaltColumns. All of the eyehole fodder you could ever need.

We've only done the Argentinian side of #Patagonia. One day we'll have to go back and see the other side.

Some cracking photos in this one! A safari on foot is an incredible way to see wildlife but I won't lie, if I found myself that close to wild elephants I might actually need new pants.

Well this place looks like our has a bit of everything. I'm gonna need a bigger "Want To Go" list! #OlympicNationalPark #TravelBlogShare

Well now I wish I was on the other side of the world with my face in a reef and not about to go and deliver mail in the cold 😭

#TravelBloggersCommunity time, theme is "Wild". Did I ever mention that I went to #Antarctica? Not that I try to shoehorn it into every conversation or anything. "Why yes, I HAVE been to every continent. Oh yes, even THAT one!" #TravelBlogShare #TravelAddicts

Ventured over the #Pennines into the badlands for date night in the cute village of #Uppermills. Definitely did not need that bottle of vodka we bought from the Coop before stumbling into an Uber and retreating back to West Yorkshire.

Lots of awesome people that write about fun stuff here. I'm already loving the community building intros platform, not to mention you can actually use hashtags and the algorithm won't bury them.

My partner, Tarrant, who broke her leg in spectacular fashion last September, managed to walk over 1.5 miles without a break last weekend at #Dovestones. The Pennine Way might be of the table for 2025 but perhaps '26 could be the year we throw obnoxious sums of money at high end camping gear again?

Let's try this #TravelBlogShare shenanigans. Close to home is the theme and now we live in the north I think the #RibbleWay is the closest thing I can bang on about. Fond memories, especially as hiking is out for the foreseeable as Tarrant recovers from a broken leg.

I'm feeding the #starlings that visit the garden. They're feathered little thugs that throw everything on the floor, and they don't like the new food I've given them resulting in lots of "EAT MY FAT BALLS YOU UNGRATEFUL LITTLE SHITS!" echoing across the lovely, quiet valley we moved to.

This monument is on private access land. Access is permitted by the landowner but could be withdrawn at any time. For a place so important to our national history this seems wrong. But it is the case for most of the countryside. Another reason we need a @righttoroam.bsky.social
I visited King Alfred's monument. A significant location in English history. Great views over the surrounding land too. A good place to think back to those massive marsh lands that once were so crucial to our history.

Just as I was wondering what that bright pinprick next to the moon was. Might need to buy a telescope or something.
Jupiter! So pleased I got to grab a shot of Jupiter and moons tonight, 638.22 million kms away. It is hazy, and this is just with my Canon Powershot G3X (as can be soon with the moon) but may well get clearer in the night. Look East.

I just thought of another #TravelFood we fell in love with in #Mallora. #PatatasBravas, conjured from the joy of angels manifested into an orange sauce. Also probably paprika. We're going to #Seville in February. Please tell me we can get it there? 🇪🇸

When they say it's going to snow in Brighton they mean there'll be a bit of sad, brown slush and maybe a bus won't run for a day. #WestYorkshire is like, oh were you going to drive somewhere in that little Hyundai of yours? Well good luck getting it through the 15cm of frozen sky juice.

Foods I miss:
1. 🇧🇷 Coxinha
2. 🇮🇳 Egg bhurji
3. 🇮🇳 Masala dosa
4. 🇬🇷 Gyros
5. 🇲🇾 Sarawak Laksa
6. 🇪🇬 Falafel
7. 🇪🇸 Ensaïmada
8. 🇦🇷 Empanada
9. 🇧🇴 Papa relleno
10. 🇧🇿 Stuff fry jack
Can I get them in the UK? Most of them, yes, but they're not as good and cost three times as much 😢 #travelfood

Alright, we went to Oslo, Tarrant didn't break any more limbs, turns out it's a very easy city to just be in, and I would most definitely love to go back some day. Even if it's like £10 a pint.

#Ryanair have a liberal definition of "on time" but we're boarding and we're not delayed by three fucking hours so I'll pretty much take it. I think "late by less than an hour" is the new "on time" in today's air travel.
