While many people think there are only two biological genders denoted by our chromosomes, in reality its not so black and white. Gender expression, biological sex and gender identity all contribute to gender and can vary vastly from one human to the next.

Trans affirming care across both trans masc and trans femme individuals have less than a 1% regret rate. A recent study showed a success rate of 99.7%. This is a higher success rate than knee and hip replacement surgeries which average a 5-7% regret rate.
