X post from EngineerIsaac stating "Last week, someone approached me with a reasonable request for accessibility in my venues. Given how some past conversations had gone with people more focused on hostility than dialogue I was admittedly cautious at first.

But this person explained, calmly and sincerely, what they and their friend needed to participate and enjoy the event. So I listened, and I made it happen.

Not because of pressure, threats, or public outrage.
But because someone asked, kindly and respectfully. And that’s all it ever takes.

Afterwards, I ran a small social experiment. I added some intentional phrasing to see who would react emotionally instead of thoughtfully. The results were predictable. Those already fixated on me took the bait immediately, ignoring the actual accessibility improvements and focusing entirely on their feelings about me.

It proved what I suspected all along. Many of the loudest voices aren’t interested in solutions or progress. They just want conflict"

Many have been dancing for hours now and they're putting their heart into this last set, screaming out the lyrics of songs they recognise alongside everyone else in the crowd.

It has been a special night for many of them, this Stage Flight won't be one to be forgotten.
