- do a spa day at home with skincare, etc
- do a journal dump. Let our all your rage and pain

- listen to music without streaming like a CD or downloaded you own without internet
- organize your phone or desktop (like cleaning up photos, apps, docs)
- go to animal shelter and play with dogs
- don’t stream! they get paid for that.
- read a book you already own

- stay off social media and the internet (take away AD revenue)
- if you have a movie or TV show you already own, use that! don’t use the internet
- put your devices on airplane mode to avoids data tracking and use downloaded things like books, movies, tv that you already have without internet
