Gee. Ethical, neutral watchdogs at Fannie Mae alert their local Justice Dept.'s attorney general (appointed by Trump) of possible wrongdoing by an FHFA boss (appointed by Trump). Instead of an investigation, they get sacked. This is this sad state of the Justice Dept.

Breaking WSJ:

Fannie Mae watchdogs who were removed from their jobs had been probing if Trump appointee Bill Pulte had improperly obtained mortgage records of key Democratic officials, including New York Attorney General Letitia James, according to people familiar with the matter.

Social media is now the No. 1 way Americans (& teens) get news for the first time. That poses big challenges for professional news orgs, says a new report, which notes:

Making fun of our neighborhoods and communities is disgusting.

Greg Bovino and his masked agents are not here to make Chicago safer. As children are tear gassed and U.S. citizens detained, they are posing for photo ops and producing reality TV moments. blockclubchicago.org/2025/11/10/b...

The sobering truth: American corporations are exploiting American workers by failing to pay a living wage.

Then, GOP politicians cut their subsidies.

What a 'great' country we live in.

This kind of presidential leadership is 'sure to attract' a ton of folks to want to join the FAA.

(Has anyone noticed how the Justice Department is facing serious problems trying to fill thousands of vacancies?)
The President wouldn't last five minutes as an air traffic controller, and after everything they've been through - and the way this administration has treated them from Day One - he has no business shitting on them now.

Ugh. Morons. The problem isn’t the mortgages. It’s the prices. The payment difference between a 30 and a 50 on a median(here’s the problem)price of $400K with 5% down is less than $150/mo. Paying an extra twenty years to save $150/mo. That’s not solving jack shit.
Trump and his cronies are now pushing 50-year mortgages.

Buckle up. This is going to make the 2008 mortgage crisis look like the good old days.

Trump pardons his allies, who the courts clearly determined broke the law by conspiring to subvert our elections.

What does that tell all Americans? That it's OK to break the law if it helps Donald Trump.

Another sad day for the American judicial system.
