I had to attend a 3 hour division workshop this morning. It completely destroyed my ability to do any work this afternoon.

Today is a struggle. A bit of a mental struggle, but mostly a 'the work IT systems & network is being a nightmare & I can barely access anything, are they doing this so we all end up going into the office' kind of way

So, my mum has been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's (not surprising) & we had all been summoned to the family compound today to discuss power of attorney, funerals, finances etc etc.
Very cathartic day.
