This is really interesting idea. Also has the benefit of being a place to lodge ideas as they develop and continuing to grow them so they improve over time as they happen organically rather than rushing in response to specific time and call. They could be matched to ARI too & a review evidence base

Isn’t because they are not being maintained as often for cost saving? On the basis that while the noise is loud it’s only for a short while therefore within limits.
