I think Stranger Things is a successful show for a lot of reasons, but a big one is undoubtedly that it’s a lot easier to write a story when problems can’t be solved with a smartphone.

I was in a state of total burnout for several weeks. Usually, in this state, the most I can manage is quick sketches, but this time everything was so bad that I couldn't even sketch. But now I seem to have come out of my art block and can draw again, hooray!
