♀️In 2021-2023, of the 24 research articles published in @plc-journal.bsky.social, only 3 were authored solely by women, all single-authored. In contrast, 10 were authored solely by men: 6 solo and 4 collaborative works. There were no all-female articles.

♀️♂️So can we promote equal participation of women and men in political roles (candidates or political advisors) and advance gender equality.
