Plaza Francia

Public square in the Recoleta neighborhood of Buenos Aires, dominated by the Monument of France to Argentina and designed by landscape architect Carlos Thays. It is known for its weekend artisan/handcraft fair and is often confused with the nearby Plaza Intendente Alvear.
