Never give out information - respond to official emails only - and if someone wants you to take urgent action of something ❗️remain skeptical❗️

I frequently take a step away to engage with another hobby that brings me joy and helps me destress when burnout or self-doubt starts to creep up.

Small actions of self care can really help alleviate negative energies. Take care of yourself!

I don't know who needs to hear this, but it's so so so important to build habits for self care and internal reflection as an artist to prevent burnout. I've dealt with several periods of intense burnout and the only way I've successfully mitigated them is through adding self care into my routine.
