An October storm isn’t unusual...but the ocean heat feeding it is.

The graphic provided by Ride with GPS of this cycling route. The path starts, in West Philadelphia, at 48th & Market St., follows the 31 bus route broadly eastward to cross the Chestnut St. bridge (a deviation from the bus route, which uses Market, but there's a lot of construction on Market just west of the Schuylkill right now; the route also follows Locust further west than the bus does, to avoid the bottleneck that a group of cyclists would encounter turning right, south, at City Hall onto 15th St), loops the Korean War Memorial on Delaware Ave., then heads west back to Broad Street, and finishes just south of Washington Ave at Solar Myth (the old Boot & Saddle).

Oh, for those halcyon times the US was imprisoning folks (some times: wrongly) at San Quentin (and similar), rather than black-bagging them and, I guess on my tax dollar, flying them to a country they were probably seeking asylum from.
