For my #drawbettertogether repeat homework I decided to re-do the very first exercise.

Reflection: learned about CSP effects brushes AFTER tracing the frills, but made good use of them for the background
Was still learning how to pose the models, but this was a good tester because I wanted an unnatural flying pose.
I don't remember if I had this idea or the Haunted dollhouse first

WIP dump: haven't had much motivation lately, but I've been tinkering with these. The trash guys are going to be labels for our bins, and the Tree rex will hopefully turn into a big standee on the front yard if I actually do it.

This was so hard for me, and I don't feel like I did a very good job either.
I think if I did this again I'd make it a wheel rather than a chart, it might feel more natural to combine specific emotions, rather than trying to 'find' a feeling to fit a gap...

This was so hard for me, and I don't feel like I did a very good job either.

I didn't want to figure out a witches hat or potion bottle, so this was my first dive into the CSP asset store, found free assets that far exceeded my expectations.
Focussed on 'drawing' rather than painting; still playing with the brush options, layers, etc

Reflection: I finally allowed myself to paint over a 3d scene, placing some default elements around to fit my idea.
Still learning how to use the 3D models, but even still it enabled me to study the shadows and proportions, as well as just freeing me from the fundamentals to just create something
