Mine has lasted up to 24 hours. After the 2nd or 3rd time when I realized it wasn’t just some weird one off, I went to ENT.

Never had the headaches or aura, it just happens. Mine started around 2027-2018. Which seems on target with what I’ve read.

Read about it as I was diagnosed some years ago. Brain MRI (yes, I still had one ) and all sorts of other tests ending with that kind of worthless diagnosis that they said I could take preventatives for but no emergency meds. This article good but too scientific
