Our recent Global Practice Interview Event brought together 100+ participants from 27 countries and 6 continents -people who stutter and allies learning from each other.

Gina was previously the Vice-Chair of Stamily, runs her own marketing agency and is an author. We're really excited for her to bring her expertise to the role!

In yesterday's feedback session, participants shared how empowering it was to practise real interview questions, explore disclosure, multilingual experiences, and the role of authenticity in interviews.

Dr Gerlach-Houck, Associate Professor at Western Michigan University, researches the intersections of ableism and stuttering. Recently, she co-authored the research paper 'Stuttering and Labor Market Outcomes in the United States' and serves on the Leadership team of the HeardAI project.
